Notice and Procedure for making claims of copyright infringement
I. Notice
If a copyright owner believes that content on this website (including but not limited to information storage, search or linking services provided by this website) infringes upon their copyright or right of communication through information network, the owner may submit a written notice to us requesting the removal of the allegedly infringing content or the disconnection of the link to such content.
The notifying party shall guarantee the authenticity of the notice and shall bear all legal liabilities arising from any false statements in the notice.
The notice shall include the following information:
(i) The name, contact information, address, and a copy of ID (for individuals) or business registration certificate (for entities) of the copyright owner;
(ii) The accurate title and network address of the infringing content to be removed or whose link is to be disconnected;
(iii) Preliminary evidence of infringement, including but not limited to proof of copyright ownership or right of communication through information network.
Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove the allegedly infringing content or disconnect the link to such content in accordance with applicable laws and simultaneously forward the notice to the content provider.
II. Counter-Notice
If the content provider believes that the removed content does not infringe upon others' rights, the content provider may submit a written counter-notice requesting restoration of the removed content or the reconnection of the link.
The counter-notice shall include the following information:
(i) The name, contact information, address, and a copy of ID (for individuals) or business registration certificate (for entities) of the content provider;
(ii) The accurate title and network address of the content to be restored;
(iii) Preliminary evidence that the content does not constitute infringement.
The content provider shall guarantee the authenticity of the counter-notice.
